This spacious apartment is ideal for six guests though may comfortably accommodate up to eight.

Three+ Bedrooms:

- Master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, balcony and walk-in closet.

- Second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and marble fireplace.

- Third bedroom has a king-sized bed, which may be converted into two twins.

- Den/media room features a sofa bed for two.

- All bedrooms have double-glazed windows and black-out curtains and, excluding the corner master bedroom, face a quiet side street.


Two Bathrooms:

- Awash in pale Italian stucco and facing a leafy inner courtyard, the main bathroom features an over-sized soaker tub, modern toilet and washbasin.

- The shower room has a Hansgrohe rain shower system, towel warmer, modern vessel sink and toilet.


Kitchen:

- Fully equipped, it includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, coffee-maker, microwave, gas cook-top and oven, all overlooking the pretty inner courtyard.


Living Room:

- Plush velvet sofas beckon in this luminous room, highlighted by a marble fireplace, plaster moldings and original art work (please note that art throughout the apartment changes and may not be as depicted).


Dining Room:

- Another light, bright room, with ample seating and yet another decorative fireplace.


Media Room:

- This room features a flat-screen television with cable service, a fax machine, plus a desk and high-speed Internet access for your laptop.


Extras:

Amongst the pleasures of renting this vacation apartment are all the little extras: everything from a corkscrew to borrow for that picnic in the park to a mini-library lining one hall so you can leave your guidebooks at home. Toys and children's furniture are available and all linens, towels, etc. are provided. Not sure if you need to bring an item? Please, just ask. This apartment is very much a home and, as such, is extremely well equipped.

Since this is a private home and not a commercial rental property, it will contain some personal items and will not be styled exactly as in the above photographs. So, no plate of orchids in the shower...though if you have a special request, please ask!


Location: The closest metros are Rennes, Saint-Sulpice and Saint-Placide. The apartment is a two minute stroll to Luxembourg Gardens and the shops and bistros of Blvd. St Germain are also within easy walking distance.

Final cleaning: 250 euros
